![]() 25 squiggle brushes for creating complex textures effects We've covered quite a wide range of brushes in our various series of weekly downloads for Adobe Photoshop, from spirographic effects to gigantic textured brushes to brushes based on images of nature. This time around though I'm going a slightly different route with a set of brushes based on chaotic line patterns, which, when applied, can produce anything from rough edges to highly detailed, deep background textures. ![]() Adobe reveals plans for Cool Edit Pro Audio took a big step toward equality in the video editing world yesterday, with Adobe’s announcement of Audition. Formerly known as Cool Edit Pro, the PC-based audio editing and recording program was acquired by Adobe in May when it bought the assets of Syntrillium Software. Audition will be available for $299 beginning in August, with new packaging and 'Edit Original' integration with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.

There was a pre-existing theme that suited my purpose well in this particular case, so I didn't have to worry about making any major tweaks to the overall design of the menus. But there were two things I didn't like about it: the shape and color of the highlights. Let's take a look at how you go about changing these parameters.

Industry News: New Module Extends Macromedia Breeze Enterprise Product Macromedia today introduced Breeze Live, which enables companies to train and communicate online in real-time through integrated presentations, video, audio, and desktop screen sharing. Macromedia Breeze Live is the latest add-on module for the Macromedia Breeze presentation platform, which allows companies to rapidly author, manage, deliver, and track rich multimedia training throughout the enterprise.
