![]() Yet even some of the best sales people have a hard time selling them If you're a regular reader of my columns, you know that our firm works with dealers, on occasion, to help them become more profitable. In some cases, it's a box company wanting to learn how to sell systems. In some cases, it's a systems integrator trying to sell design/build contracts. In some cases, it's a design/build firm trying to get better cost accounting on jobs. But, in almost all cases, they are all equally frustrated at the level of success they have selling their most profitable product: Service contracts. Not to worry! This is completely normal. ![]() When Douglas Spotted Eagle earned the first-ever Grammy award for Native American music in 2001, it was one high point of a career spanning 15 albums and more than 20 years in the entertainment industry. Co-produced with Tom Bee, this live recording of the "Gathering of Nations 1999 Powwow" was also a natural evolution from the first-ever CD recording of Native American powwow music, which he produced in 1989.
