Integration Procrastination - Part 2
Should I wait before I integrate my boardroom?
Max Kopsho, MCP
Are we in a buyer’s market when it comes to system integration? With the economic slowdown as an Integrated Systems prospective customer, the world is my oyster, right? Not necessarily. Last week, we looked at the first step to successful purchase. This week, we look at steps two and three.

New Product Profile: Media Director

by Denise Harrison
Media Director is a new launch from Antex Electronics which, since 1983, has been in the business of digital audio sound cards and satellite receivers. Never Accept the Status Quo
By Marty Shindler
In these trying times, it is important for all businesses to stay focused while at the same time remaining flexible and responsive to changes going on around them. Sensible, practical and timely recommendations are made that most organizations, small to large, will find useful.

Channel Storm Live Channel Pro 1.2
Live QuickTime broadcaster and multimedia studio
by David Nagel
I had a strange reaction the first time I launched Live Channel. It was, "How'd they do that?" Live Channel (from Channel Storm) is a QuickTime broadcasting application for the Macintosh. It's announcement, back in July, boldly promised a live, real-time QuickTime streaming solution that could easily substitute for an entire broadcast studio.

Presentations
Putting the pieces together to achieve a successful trade-show exhibition is like putting a gigantic Rubik’s Cube in order. Only a handful of companies manage to assemble the right combination of booth design, media production and sales coordination every year. At this year’s Supercomm communications and information technology exhibition and conference, Fujitsu Network Communications deftly pulled the presentation hat trick. One of 27 U.S. divisions of Fujitsu Limited, a worldwide information-technology-systems company based in Tokyo, FNC blended its divisional identity with that of the global branding campaign of its parent company.
